Wye Management creates personalized One-On-One Coaching programs for:

The 1.25-hour sessions are facilitated on a monthly basis via Zoom or LIVE in-dealership.

One-On-One Coaching programs assist participants to:

  • Develop and Document Annual and Monthly Performance Goals
  • Develop and Document Annual and Monthly Business Plans

  • Improve Time Management Skills
  • Improve Leadership Skills

Coaching programs are offered in two formats:

  • 6 Month One-On-One Program (1 session each month) $300/session X 6 sessions = $1,800
  • 12 Month One-On-One Program (1 sessions each month) $250/session X 12 sessions = $3,000
