Performance LABS place a Wye Management Sales Trainer on your showroom floor working with the entire sales team during working hours.

This is a unique and highly effective coaching on the ice training concept that takes classroom theory and applies it to “real world” customer engagement.

Performance LABS are customized for the specific training and coaching needs of each dealership.

Sales Trainer Activities Include:

  • Observe the dealership’s Sales Process and assist with implementation and consistency
  • Recommend Success Tips that assist with Sales Consultant performance and motivation
  • Work with General Sales Manager/General Manager to help develop and implement Sales Manager tasks and priorities
  • Work with the Sales Manager on the SUPERdesk to provide new strategies, create proposals, desk deals and coach Sales Consultants
  • Coach and train Sales Consultants on the showroom floor/at their work stations with respect to:

    • Sales Process: Welcome, Discovery, Trade-In Pre-Appraisals, Vehicle Presentations and Demonstration Drives
    • Asking for the Sale, Presenting a Proposal, Closing, Negotiation, Overcoming Objections and Gross Profit Attainment Skills
    • Business Development (Prospecting)
    • Outbound Appointment Telephone Calls/Contacts
    • Unsold Follow-Up Calls/Contacts
  • Coach and train Digital Sales Consultants/Managers at their work stations
  • Coach and train Financial Services Managers/Non-Prime Specialists at their work stations
  • Provide private on-on-one coaching sessions for Sales Consultants, Financial Services Managers, Sales Managers and General Sales Managers

  • Facilitate “live” Vehicle Presentations on the showroom floor
  • Facilitate Sales Meetings

Performance LABS are offered at $2,500/diem + expenses.
No training contracts are required.
